What can go wrong, in plain words.
Read this before using any part of Bactory.
Experimental software. Bactory is in development. Contracts are unaudited and not deployed on Base mainnet. Do not use real funds.
Smart contract risk. Bugs in Bactory, Uniswap v4, the connected asset or vault contracts can lose funds.
Market risk. Asset prices can fall to zero. Liquidity providers face impermanent loss. Yield is never guaranteed; every yield figure on this site marked Demo is an illustration.
Agent risk. Agents act inside onchain limits, but limits can be set badly, and a valid proposal can still lose money.
Oracle and network risk. Price feeds can be stale or wrong; Base, its sequencer or RPC providers can go down.
Third-party data. Market prices, liquidity, volume and trades come from public sources (GeckoTerminal, Chainlink, public RPCs) and can be delayed or wrong.
Regulatory risk. Rules for digital assets differ by country and change. You are responsible for following the law where you are.
